Located at 318 Broadway​ Street in Historic Downtown Paducah.

Blake and Dru have always had a vision for this space, even before the old Kresge building was torn down.  The idea was to create a multi-use green space that all ages of our community as well as future generations would benefit from.  The Kresge Lot will be open daily from dawn til dusk.  It will feature a welcoming, gated entrance on Broadway Street.  There will also be a second entrance in the rear, with easy access to the public parking lot on Kentucky Ave.  

 

Once inside, you will find numerous amenities including a gated dog park, playground equipment and games, pop-up shops, a stage with tiered levels of seating, restrooms, picnic tables, and a bar operated by Over/Under with food and drinks on a seasonal basis.  

 

The Kresge Lot will be open to the public.  Families will be encouraged to take advantage of everything it has to offer.  This will be a great space for locals who live, work, and play in the Downtown area.  

 

There will also be events such as live music, tailgate parties for sports, children’s activities, and more!  

 

The Kresge Lot has been designed to be visually appealing and something our community can be proud of.  It will be a safe space for all ages to connect in addition to providing free activities for all families.
